As a buyer agent, commission is paid by the seller, this could be a builder, or the home owner selling the property and is often stated by a sign or on the MLS data sheet that realtors have access to.

Buyer commission is paid by seller, however there are cases where sometimes buyer is inclined to pay the commission. This is a point that I would love to explain to you in detail.

Typically, agents will ask you to sign a “buyer agency”, just to make sure that they are the exclusive agent that you are working with and are okay with the agent getting his or her commission. This paper is also surety to the agent who is spending their valuable time and money to show you properties and searching for the write home for you that you are serious and committed to the process as they are. However, this contract can be cancelled at anytime. You will have a cancelled buyer agency from me no later then 24 hours.

You can fire me at anytime, I will be happy to sign a release form less then 24 hours if you are not happy with me and my services.
